Relax with the family at this peaceful property featuring luxurious furnishings, and stylish decor, something interesting in every room. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas, office space, full gourmet kitchen and even a butler's pantry and open fireplace what else could you want in a getaway or even a long stay? Admire the parrots and array of birds close up in the spacious outdoor living whilst you enjoy your morning coffee and soak up the stillness of nature. Take a short walk to shops, pubs, restaurants, IGA, bakery and grocery market and unusual shops in Olinda. Go for walk in nature, (choosing from many walks close by that cater for fit or casual walkers, runners or mountain bikers) Visit a waterfall - You can even bring your furry friend along with you to enjoy an outdoor walk too! Walking into the stylish entry, you are drawn down to the main living room with large open fireplace, sofa, and dining areas. Go through to the kitchen or detour straight into the butler's pantry with all your gathered goodies for a delicious meal or two. The kitchen and butler's pantry are fully equipped with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, stovetop and all the crockery, cutler and implements you could need to cook up a storm. Relax in the second living area to read or watch TV with free Netflix, Prime, Stan, Disney streaming, or retreat to the office space to catch up on those pesky emails that don't stop! The family bathroom is spacious and features a walk-in shower, soaking tub beneath a huge window looking out into the garden and a toilet. Opposite is the first queen 'blue bedroom', then the single 'pink bedroom', and at the end of the hallway the master 'gold bedroom' with a full and private ensuite, views to the garden. The 6th person can sleep on one of the very comfortable day-bed/sofas (not sofa bed) in one of the living rooms in front of the fire - we will leave extra linen. Extra charge of $75 per night for 6th guest. I am 5.8 and often doze off in front of a crackling fire on this very comfortable French day bed and sleep right through the night. Outside there are huge expanses of decking with multiple outdoor furnishings to soak up the sun. Including a 6 seater table and chairs to dine al fresco whilst enjoying a chilled glass of vino You have a half acre of gardens to enjoy including a fire pit to sit around and enjoy the fire with good drink in hand or a BBQ. And perhaps end with marshmallows nicely toasted on sticks on the fire coals whilst listening to gentle rustle of the trees and the sounds of the birds chirping around you!
