This property was perfect for us. I had workers in the area for a few months and host was very helpful in giving us the best price possible. Also helped accommodate our check-in as well as extending our stay as we needed. 10/10 for us. Thank you so much for everything!

My group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tak’s place. Would highly recommend to those traveling with a group looking to visit Concord or nearby.

Tak's property was disappointing. Although the home is located in a nice neighborhood and is close to a park and restaurants the interior of the home was not well maintained. My family and I were subjected to a damp/mold odor, cobwebs and dust, stains on walls and doors, chips and cracks in countertops and sinks and tiles all throughout the home. I sent Tak photos of mold underneath the sink and water damage in the bathroom. The response was that they would "pay attention to this and improve it". The home is in need of repair and maintenance. The outside entry of the home is full of cobwebs, overgrown vegetation, leaf litter and dust/dirt. I was very dissatisfied and would not recommend this home to anyone unless the home was better maintained and the water/mold issues resolved.
