This was my second time renting this space from Aylan. The place meets all my needs. It is a little small, but the balcony helps and since I am there for business it is fine. It is a simple walk for me to get to the Palais area. Sometimes late at night there was some noise from revelers but by and large it is very peaceful and quiet. I do recommend that they write a simple list of instructions for the coffee maker, stove and shower. Every country has its own quirks with appliances, etc and the French are no different. When a couple small questions arose Aylan responded very quickly and guided me to solutions. All in all, you can't beat the location if you are in Cannes for business or pleasure and Aylan is a great host.

Very nice accommodation, clean, spacious with a wonderfull above the "rue antibe" street! It's very closed to the "Croissete", also to the train station.
