We chose this airbnb as we wanted to have space and separate rooms with our 9 year old girl to absorb jet lag. It was very convenient to have so much space. It is short walking distance to the JR line or the metro and you can also walk to Yoyogi park. Only downside: The living room was a bit crowded with many equipments for baby (so great if you have babies) but in our scenario we like better to have more tidy and design places. It is also quite dark in the living room. I would recommend for families with younger infants, looking for space and a very functional space

良かった点 －乾燥機があった －閑静な住宅街だった －バスタオルがたくさんあった 悪かった点 －枕カバーが汗臭い臭いがした －お風呂の自動湯はり機能が壊れていた －お風呂の排水の流れが悪かった －お風呂の栓が合っていなくてお湯が溜まってもすぐ流れていった －ベビーベッドのシーツがシミだらけだった ーハイチェアや子供のおもちゃがベタついていて使えなかった －エアコンのフィルター清掃ランプがついていて、臭いが気になった －カーテンレールが半分壊れて外れていた

Great house! Lots of space for a house in the center of Tokyo. Got everything you would need. The traffic is good, about 5-10 minutes walk from two metro stations, but needs to transfer to get to most key tourist attractions. Check out time is a bit too early. Everything else was great!

It was a delight to come back to this quiet, well equipped, and well located AirBNB after long days of touring Tokyo. The proximity to train stations, bus stops, and a couple of grocery stores were extremely convenient! I was thankful for the washer & dryer for the 2-week stay! The living, dining, & kitchen space is snug by american standards but that is to be expected, plus we were a party of 6. About a quarter of the living space was taken up by children's toys, and play equipment that I'm sure would appeal to families with toddlers/pre-schoolers. The fairly modern kitchen was easy to navigate though lacked a few basics such as butter knives, cutting board, etc. Nothing that couldn't be fixed by going to the conveniently close 100-yen store to resolve. The two bedrooms upstairs were fairly large with each having two equally large & comfortable beds. Finally, Takahiro-san was extremely responsive, and provided very clear and helpful directions. Would I stay again? Absolutely!

Good location and very comfortable beds. 10 minutes walk to train stations, local restaurants, and supermarket. It was great to have a smart tv, and washer and dryer were welcome. The house is in need of some minor upkeep( I messaged the host of these issues which are all easily fixable) A larger couch would also be welcome. There were 4 of us adults staying and we couldn't sit comfortably in the loungeroom after a big day sightseeing. As another reviewer has said a hook or 2 is required in the bathroom to hang your clothes
