This house served our group’s needs perfectly with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Sufficient parking as well. The living room had lots of comfortable seating and the dining room had a large table and seating for at least 8. Of the four bathrooms, 2 were brand new. The location is in a great and conveniently-located neighborhood. Quentin was responsive when I reached out. A couple of cons: The carpet and rugs were stained and kinda ick, and there were only 4 rolls of toilet paper for our group’s Thursday to Sunday stay.
The house worked beautifully for our party of 11 and could have easily accomodated more. The 3 season porch was great and the great table could seat all of us.
The perfect amount of space for a large family Christmas stay. Spread out well so you can still maintain privacy with an open space for gathering. Plenty of parking. This location fit our needs.
This house was very misrepresented. The moment we walked in it was freezing. Temp was set at 57 (it was cold out) From outside continuing inside the house it was filthy. Stains on carpets and on walls. Some kind of animal puke in one of the bedrooms. Candy wrappers under beds. Tv didn’t work in a bedroom. Bathroom tiles were molded and looked like they haven’t been wiped down in many many weeks. Shower liner moldy. Throw pillows were stained and discolored. Ceiling had water stains. Small holes in walls and stains all over walls. One bathroom had toothpaste splatter all over cabinet. Looks like it was an assisted living home converted to Airbnb. Looks like it had same original carpeting with all same original stains! 🤢 They charged us $30 to check in early to this filthy home. For a home that welcomed over 10 guests, there was not enough plates and silverware. Outside was dirty. One window didn’t lock which is unsafe. Overall very misrepresented!! I would stay far away!
OMG...I don't know where to begin because my family and I were so surprised at the spaciousness throughout the house. This place was exquisite beyond words from front to back and side to side. The beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. It really did feel like a home away from home. The handicap accessibility throughout the house was a plus for my cousin who suffers with Cerebral Palsy, no matter if he chose to crawl, use his walker or wheelchair. The host was very professional and available at all times. My family and I plan to stay here again in the future.
