I absolutely loved the building, loved the staff as they went above and beyond. The “Penthouse “ was not as comfortable as we had hoped. One of the beds very uncomfortable, chairs in the kitchen very uncomfortable .

Wonderful penthouse suite in the heart of Kennebunk. Charming historic inn, plenty of room for a family, and easy to walk around town. I do wish the kitchen was a little better equipped with supplies - I wanted a hot tea, but could only find a teapot with a broken lid. Fortunately I was able to run down to the lobby where there is always coffee and hot water available. Also, we were extremely hot, especially at night, but it turned out that the heater was on in our room and we did not realize it. Our fault! We also weren't crazy about the little pillows, so we were glad to have brought our own. But those are personal preferences. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would recommend it to others.

Heather was very responsive, and the place was great! Easy to find, even bigger than it looked in photos, and had everything we needed!

Great location. Easy access to parks and beaches. Pet friendly 🐶 and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay!
