Property is exactly as described in the listing. 2 minutes walk to a large grocery store 4 minutes walk to the bus and light rail. 15 minutes from downtown Seattle. A parking space, could be tight, I parked a Jeep Wrangler just about OK. A good number of eateries nearby if you don't fancy traveling to a restaurant Well equipped with most everything you need. Only heads up would be the noise. It's on a busy road, directly on the airport flight path and train horns sound at every hour of the day and night. A light sleeper may struggle. We got buy but I noticed it.
