Spacious and bright exterior room located in one of the main streets of Madrid, next to Colombia metro station, 4 stops in a straight line from Barajas Airport and 3 stops from IFEMA. A 10-minute walk from the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium and 15 minutes from Castellana Avenue and from Castilla Square. 20 min away from the city center by metro or bus. Close to a Carrefour Supermarket that remains open until 1 am. Quiet and cozy atmosphere on the floor, with access to common areas. Quiet and spacious three-bedroom apartment. It is comfortable and ideal for resting. It has an elevator and is located in a very safe neighbourhood, surrounded by markets, gastronomic and leisure places. It is well connected by both metro and buses.

I can't be more grateful for Liana , she was very responsive nd helpful, I felt like home and she helped me in planning my tour. the olace is neat and clean, the neighborhood is great and peaceful. 12 minutes walking to the Bernabeu. the metro station is 1 min away from the door, and it connects you to the most attractions in Madrid. I recommend the place and the host . Thank you Liana for being a great host 😍

Liana est une hôte sympathique, disponible et réactive. L'appartement est propre, la chambre que j'ai occupé est spacieuse et conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. Logement très pratique d'accès en ligne directe (métro 8) depuis l'aéroport avec la station en bas de son immeuble. Le quartier et les différents commerces présents autour du logement m'ont permis de passer un agréable séjour à Madrid. Le quartier est calme et agréable, j'ai apprécié de dormir dans un lieu en dehors de l'agitation de l'hyper-centre de Madrid. Je recommande fortement.
