With my family we will be happy to welcome you to the villa where we lived and raised our children, so we have equipped it with every comfort, from a fantastic kitchen equipped with everything including a fireplace, the living room with a sofa bed, an excellent Wi-Fi connection (both indoor and outdoor areas), 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, private swimming pool and a large garden with barbecue. We are in countryside of Monopoli but one step from the Trulli of Alberobello and Monopoli’s beaches. The Villa is very beautiful especially well-kept, located in a countryside area and has a large garden a completely independent entrance where you access the floor entirely for you directly into the living room which is a beautiful open space with the kitchen and the fireplace and sitting area. The private and exclusive pool (8x5 mt) is surrounded by a lovely patio with different settings of furniture and sun beds. A wooden gazebo is placed one side of the pool to provide relax in the shadow. If you want to cook you will have everything you need; the kitchen is provided with every pot, utensil, crockery and dishwasher. You will also have a kettle and a convenient coffee machine to make yourself a delicious Espresso in the morning! If you want to eat out, ask us and we will be able to recommend the best restaurants in the area. In the living room a queen size sofa bed (140x200 cm), free internet wifi, a first large matrimonial bedroom; a second bedroom with two single beds (joinable if necessary), bathroom with large walk-in shower, wash basin, bidet and wc. We provide free shampoo, soap and hairdryer. Enjoy our strong point, the outdoor areas: in fact, you will be immersed in nature and you can relax under the patio, in the garden behind the kitchen, among the olive trees beside the pool or on the deck chairs and a fitness area. The external kitchen is completed with a large barbecue, wood-fired oven and sink. You can park safely inside the villa and you can recharge free your electric car. The villa is an ideal place to spend a relaxing family holiday in the wonderful region of Puglia at any time of the year, close to the charming towns of Alberobello, Martina Franca, Polignano a Mare and Ostuni.

Cosimo and Illaria have been the most wonderful hosts and the house have been worth every cent. Any questions we had were answered quickly and the house really felt like a family home, not a holiday home. We stayed here for six nights (4 adults 1 child) and we all enjoyed it so much. The pool and the garden playground suited or son perfectly. The property is bigger than it looks in the pictures, it has everything you need. Worth mentioning is that there also is an outdoor WC. You do need a car, the house is about a 15 min drive from Monopoli and Polignano a Mare. Would recommend this to families och couples and we would love to stay here again.
We had a lovely relaxed stay at the villa. Beautiful outdoor spaces and pool along with a cool, clean and well equipped house. Arrival was a pleasure and we were welcomed by Ilaria, Cosimo and his wife. Cosimo and Ilaria were very helpful and friendly regarding car hire, taxis, restaurants and places to go. We had a welcome basket and Cosimo even hand delivered a focaccia to us when our flight home was later than expected. I can’t rate the villa highly enough. Clean, authentic and everything available. There was a pool, an outdoor gym, outdoor cooking area with pizza oven and barbecue facilities with beautiful flowers and trees all around. There were several outdoor seating areas in beautiful surroundings. You need a car as it is quite rural and supermarkets and shops are a 15-20 minute drive away, but the villa is a perfect base to visit Bari, Monopoli, Polignano, Albero Bello, Locorotondo and the Castellana Grotto. Tout était absolument parfait! Maison très bien équipée et agréable. L hôte prévoit beaucoup de choses pour que nous n ayons à acheter que l essentiel ! L' extérieur est magnifique ! Parfaitement située, à 6 minutes des grands axes. L'hôte est adorable! Nous avons, à notre arrivée, reçu un panier garni, du limoncello, des bouteilles d eau, etc. Il nous a apporté une foccacia un midi!
Cosimo is a kind host, and along with Ilaria, he made us feel welcome and comfortable. On arrival, we were a little surprised as the photos on the listing don’t completely represent the property - it’s a lot darker inside than the photos. There were some minor issues which they did their best to resolve as they are keen to be good hosts. It might not have been the best fit for us but if you are a family with young children, the outdoor space and all the play equipment would be a great hit. Note, the property is close to Monopoli but access is on narrow roads.
We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in het huis van Cosimo. Wat een heerlijk plek, prachtige tuin en fijne buitenkeuken. Ook voor onze kinderen echt een feest om hier te verblijven, er is overal aan gedacht. Echt een aanrader!
