Feel like a VIP with our dedicated concierge who is always on call to help you with any extra services or reservations you may need such as a yacht, night club, restaurants, private chef, massage therapist etc. The home features a modern, open concept design with a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, 8 large bedrooms, 4 lavish bathrooms, a cinema, game room and your own private outdoor paradise.

First of all when you first walk in the house it’s beautiful the amenities is the issue the dishwasher doesn’t work the light and the first bathroom doesn’t power on the Jets on the bathtub doesn’t work on the bottom floor and the top floor. The roof of the shower is peeling in the top bathroom, so the roof is falling down in the top bathroom. They have a barbecue girl on the back that you can’t use the one that they bought. The plumbing is horrible when you turn on the shower in room, it cuts off the shower and the other room is definitely not worth the amount of money that I paid by far I took multiple pictures of everything I listed. I waited a day or so for me to get my deposit back before I was the issues I had with this place but it needs a lot of work.

The whole KFE Team was amazing. They made our stay very comfortable and were very hospitable. Would 100% recommend this home and Team for any accommodations they provide.
Had an amazing experience at this Beautiful home. Hosted my son’s first birthday party, and the space the house has was great and exactly what we needed. Chet and Jc were very helpful and very quick responding when we had our questions. Definitely plan on coming back again

I was born in the Bronx, NY but decided it was time for warmer weather and more beaches leading me to Hollywood, Florida, where I work in IT. Originally there was only one homes which was an intro into real-estate but this has quickly grown into much more. My earliest work experience comes from the hospitality industry, and I am looking to provide the best possible experience for guests visiting the city. There is nothing more reassuring and calming than finding a place that feels like a second home on your travels. To escape everyday life's tempo, I enjoy archery, reading, traveling, and swimming.
