We own 2 condos at this resort and that is why we chose to rent a condo there. Our condos are in tower 1 and the location of this condo could not have been any better. We had a large group and needed additional space. Southern Vacation is very clear in what they provide (limited toilet paper, etc.) but for the fees I expect more. The condo is in need of being freshened up from the rusty front door to the bedding in the bedrooms. Light bulbs were out. The beds were minimal with cheap sheets and a coverlet thrown on them. Although not their fault, one of the elevators at the property was not working which resulted in long wait times to go up or down. I also dislike the check out time of 9:00 am. Beware the code on the door changes at check out time. If you are outside the door there is no getting back in. Southern Vacation was helpful to provide a new code so that I could get back in. Will rent unit again if needed due to location but there are better options out there.
