Cosy Pretty Renewed BEACH APARTMENT VERY CLOSE TO THE BEACH. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place, ideal for families with children. As the apartament is well located at resort residential which offer many facilities like swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball, barbecue, playground for children and social club. Excellent location and very well communicate and close to Valencia, just 15km. It's 75 m with very spacious salon and comfortable terrace with grass. Maria is very good host and her apartament is in very good localization. In apartment you can prepare all you want to eat, there are also many supermarkets, restaurants and beach 🏖️. I fully recommend this place 🌺

We loved the place and our mornings spent on the balcony. Maria Antonia put a lot of personal effort into decorating the place and it felt cosy and inviting. We loved the wine and mandarins as a welcoming treat. If the future brings us back to Valencia, we will book our stay here again.

It was a pleasure staying at Maria’s house. The house was clean and it’s easy to reach. You can reach Valencia easily buy the meteor station nearby, it’s 10 minutes driving and you can easily find a free parking. I recommend staying here

Great atmosphere and the neighbourhood is very safe. There are plenty of affordable restaurants and easily to reach to Consum grocery big store is very close from the apartment. By other hand, there are beautiful places to visit like Montanejos Thermal Thermal springs in small beautiful town
Coves de Sant Josep
Great place to take people...lots of fun for children. And you can discover a stunnig little Venice at Port Saplaya.

you can get around by car, bus, train. very well communicate. Buses are going often to Port Saplaya which its a beautiful place to visit, and Valencia city. Or you can take a free bus to the Pobla del Farnals town ant takecthe underground to different locations in Valencua city like Malbarrosa beach.
