Leigh is an excellent host and this is our 3rd time staying at their place. The home is super inviting and you never want to leave given how absolutely cosie it is. Leigh is a super responsive host that is very communicative. Highly recommended. My family always has the best time.

It was a great stay and the access to belleayre mountain can’t be beat. Hot tub was perfect after skiing. House was clean and giant tv in living room was great w many popular streaming services provided. We hope to be back over the summer.

We were so impressed by this location. It is huge! We loved the fireplace and hot tub. It was only 5 minutes from the ski slope which was phenomenal. The private road is a bit rough but I had no trouble in my little city car. Couldn't have found a better place for my family to stay, and it was a relative bargain.

The house is about as close to Belleayre as it gets, and exactly as pictured, with plenty of space so our group of 6 never felt cramped. The outdoor area was nice for our kids to play in the snow and on the playset and the hot tub is clearly well maintained. There are three separate heaters used to heat the house, and all worked smoothly and heated the house quickly. We were glad to have four wheel drive as the hill was icy in spots. Overall we had a great trip and would love to return.
