The house is ten minutes walk to town daytime taking a shortcut through the nearby Leisure Centre. After 9pm it is 15 minutes to town - the home has a lot of amenities right on the doorstep: swimming pool and gym, local grocery which opens late, McDonalds, a fab Pizza joint, hairdresser, pharmacy and more.... very close to Ennis hospital.
