Great location close to the ramps on the south end of lake and close to eating spots. Boat and belongings felt safe with fence to lock in. Jamia and her husband were friendly and offered help with anything we needed. Even had a firepit and chairs to kick back and relax after a long day fishing. Would highly recommend!!

Second time here of I know many more to come. We absolutely love staying here. It actually rained 2 of our 4 days here and we didn't even care. We had the best time just relaxing and watching the rain (plenty windows). I need to state how clean this place was upon our arrival. Both times. If you are the pickiest of critics, this place is for you.

I had a great stay at Jamia's place - it was perfect for tournament fishermen on Sam Rayburn. It was close to everything I needed and the roof over the camper area was really appreciated! I highly recommend the place and the hosts! I would definitely stay again in the future.

ALWAYS always ALWAYS 5 stars!!! I had checked about possibly staying here I believe for my third time, and it didn’t pop up, but I messaged Jamia and Dan directly and they were able to help work it out for me! This is absolutely my favorite place to stay anytime I come to Sam river reservoir. It is a little home away from home for me! Thank you guys as always for being such amazing hosts!

Excellent stay! Great location! Minutes from the River and Lake. Very clean, private, and cozy RV. Very responsive Host. Had such a relaxing peaceful time. Will definitely stay here again.
