Welcome to our cozy home in the heart of Priocca. The room with private bathroom is located on the third floor of this rustic villa, accessible through an independent area, with private parking, a lounge, and a shared outdoor space. In the house, you will find either me or my mom Alessandra, to provide you with any assistance, recommendations on local experiences or venues, wineries, natural spots to relax, or restaurants. We'll enjoy drinking wine together and making you feel right at home. The room is located on the third floor of the house, accessible by stairs and with an independent entrance. Inside, there is a private bathroom with a shower and bathroom amenities, a Smart TV, a window with a view of the town center, and a workstation for working/studying. The house has a very large private courtyard and a garden, all outdoor areas are freely accessible to guests.

Ottima sistemazione, stanza grandissima che può ospitare tranquillamente anche 4 persone. Ben servito e pulito il bagno. Si nota la cura dei dettagli. L'accesso indipendente garantisce privacy e al contempo di non disturbare la famiglia dell'host. Check-in in presenza, ottima accoglienza di Alessandra e del loro cane. Complimenti

Fabio e sua mamma Alessandra sono host perfetti. Ottima accoglienza, massima disponibilità e gentilezza. La stanza molto grande con un bel bagno. Perfetto anche il cortile interno per la moto. Consigliatissimi, torneremo appena ci sarà possibile.
Stanza molto comoda e spaziosa. Decisamente quello che cercavamo per un weekend lungo, passato in tranquillità. Fabio è stato impeccabile a rispondere alle nostre domande e si è reso disponibile per lo spostamento dell’orario del check in, per noi fondamentale.

The house is located in a very convenient area close to the center of Priocca (5 minutes walk). Nearby, you'll find hills, vineyards, wineries, restaurants, and the famous cities of Alba, Bra, Barolo, all about 15-20 minutes drive away. It's a perfect area to explore the Roero and the Langhe regions while enjoying a peaceful and authentic atmosphere.
