Located in a place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Great place to stay if you want to enjoy peace and quiet with and lots of trees. We found the place fairly easily from the pin shared with us.Vicky and family were very welcoming and was responsive to our needs and we felt at ease. Would definitely stay again.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vicky's cottage, and it was truly a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome that made me feel right at home. The serene atmosphere of the place provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It's the kind of place that makes you want to return again and again. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat.
What we loved: The house was very comfortable and well maintained. Lovely and peaceful surrounding garden. We found everything we needed to have a comfortable and relaxing weekend. Hosts were hospitable, friendly and responsive. Beds were comfortable, hot water in shower and bath. Host was receptive to some suggestions and things we noted in the home. What we would have liked better: The wifi wasn't very stable on our first day, but this does happen in Africa from time to time and was out of the hosts' control.
Vicky, Andrew, and the kids, were stellar hosts. We really enjoyed our stay. As hosts, they managed to remember the small things. This really showed care and thought. A great value place to stay.
Peaceful friendly community
The property is located ~1.5km from the main Leopards Hill Road/15km from Crossroads. You will need a vehicle (or if you're pretty enthusiastic cyclists, a bike)
自我介绍
I was born and raised in the UK, now living and working in Zambia as a nutrition professional with my other half Andrew and our 2 kids Max (7) and Eliza (4). I love a good glass of wine, great food and the company of friends to share it with. As a family we love to travel and explore new places. Excited to get back to traveling once the world heals x
