Our first night was just HORRIBLE. We checked in as usual and were amazed at the luxurious look of the place. Everything looked modern and all the amenities were present. The beach is just a few minutes walk from the apartment. All of this was ruined the first night by LOUD Creole music from a party at the university nearby. We couldn’t sleep till 5am because of loud pounding music. We called police more than 6 times but they did not do anything to stop the noise. Thankfully this happened only the first night and the rest of our stay was peaceful and pleasant. Everything is great about this apartment, except the university nearby that blasted loud obnoxious music late at night! I understand that is out of the host’s control but I try to write a fair and honest review of how we felt at the accommodation.
