New 3 bedroom, 2 bath house, only 4 minutes from Jobos beach. Small private heated pool in large fenced yard. Covered patio w/outdoor seating & dining. Fully equipped kitchen. Living room w/large TV. Master suite has its own bathroom, sofa, desk & TV. 2nd bedroom also w/TV. 3rd bedroom w/patio access. Cool and comfortable house, AC in all rooms. Peaceful rural location away from the beach crowds. Property is adjoins our 5 acre farm, which has 2 additional units for rent. Recently completely renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Super comfortable and breezy house. Ceiling fans throughout, including the patio, plus air conditioners in each room and the living room. Well equipped kitchen with quartz counters and stainless appliance, gas stove and everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. Dining space indoors and outdoors. Master suite has attached bath, laundry room with washer and dryer, desk, TV and small futon sofa. 2nd room with queen bed and TV, 3rd room with full bed. Comfortable patio seating. Small private pool can be used heated or unheated and has jets and bubbles. Large fenced yard with big trees. This house is adjacent to our beautiful 5 acre farm. Located up the hill from Jobos Beach. We are just 1.5 miles from Jobos beach (a 4 minute drive). This is a peaceful rural area that is away from the noisy crowds and traffic near the beach. The property adjoins our 5 acre farm, where we have 3 improved campers that can also be rented if your group needs more space. Our goal is to provide a peaceful relaxing experience for guests to get away from it all. We love this area and hope that you do too! There are several restaurants, bakeries and a convenience store/gas station all within a mile of the house. More restaurants and stores are available down by the beach.

Kelda’s place is just as described and pictured. Local area was quiet and peaceful. 5min drive to Jobos beach. We always had water and electricity. Rooms were comfortable. Kitchen was a great size. Cozy but roomy. Jacuzzi/pool and back porch were a great place to unwind and relax every night. Horses were great to see everyday. Def would recommend and stay here again. Kelda was easy to get a hold of and accommodating to checkin time. Great place on west side of the island!!

Our stay included 2 couples. Having 2 bathrooms was very beneficial. We love the area of Jobos. The house was far enough off the beaten path so there was plenty of privacy, but it was close to the beautiful beaches, restaurants and bars. The home was comfortable, had everything we needed during our stay. We would recommend staying at the home.

Our 5 acre farm adjoins this property. We have 3 camper also available for rent, so if you have more people this is an ideal situation.
A car is highly recommended. There is a convenience store, 2 bakeries and 4 restaurants/bars within walking distance. While the beach is only 1.5 miles away, it is at the bottom of a very steep hill/cliff and is difficult to walk up and down. Public transportation is very limited here.

My name is Kelda and I am originally from the Dallas, Texas area. I studied animal production and equine science in college and I worked on horse farms and saddle shops for several years. I decided to trade the farm life for island life and I moved to Aguadilla, Puerto Rico in 2010. I started out as a horseback riding tour guide, and then began managing vacation rentals for a friend. I am now a licensed real estate agent for F. L. Realty in Aguadilla. Our main property is Campomar Villas, which we have been working on improving for the last few years. I also manage a few other nearby AirBnB properties for my real estate clients. Being an AirBnB host has been a great experience and I have gotten to meet people from all over the country and even the world. I love this area and it makes me happy to see my guests enjoying and appreciating it as I do. I love the laid back lifestyle, the friendly people, and especially the wide variety of gorgeous beaches in this area. In my free time I like being outdoors, gardening, scuba diving, riding horses on the beach, and my favorite activity- just hanging out on the beach with my friends and my dog.
