This place was amazingly beautiful! We loved the “off the grid” location. The top view with the private pool was the icing on the cake. They recommended a chef for us, his food was amazing and he was very professional. If you are okay will hearing construction noise then you’ll love it here. I have nothing negative to say about this place! I highly recommend!

This property is absolutely beautiful, and well worth the price. Pros: -Beautifully decorated -Security guard present at night -Literally in between Tulum town and Tulum beach -Quiet at night Cons: -Construction. Partner definitely has this in the description, but it can’t be stated enough that they are building directly next to the property. They work from sun up to sun down, every weekday. -Hosts are not very responsive on the app. I often had to double message to get a response. The concierge that is physically present was great in responding to my needs, however.

First things first we loved the place and the host was amazing! We definitely recommend renting a car to help you get around. Everything was like 10 minutes away but you have to go down this dirt road to get to the apartment. The place was clean. Construction next door was quiet. The electricity went out our last night there, but that's Tulum. We will stay here again when we come back. Communication and recommendations from the hosts were Top Tier.

We spent a week at this Penthouse and really enjoyed our time. Its a beautiful space, and Carmen is a great host giving us great recommendations and is super responsive. We did have an SUV which helps with the road, but our friend made it on a scooter so its pretty accessible. Our only qualm is that the posting mentions construction nearby, which in our view is an understatement. There is a construction site very close to the apartment, which is busy 7:30 to 6 during the week. The apartment is relatively quiet, but you can still hear construction from the bedroom because it is so close. We spent most of the day exploring Tulum, so the noise wasn’t too bothersome, but we would’ve loved to have slept in some days. The workers can also see the rooftop so while it is private with regard to not sharing with others, it is clearly visible to the workers. Should we return, we’d be sure to ask the state of that construction or just stay during the weekend. Otherwise, the apartment was a dream.
