Host mentioned some renovation is being done 3 days before our check in and we may expect some noise. I asked several times to be provided with details on where the renovation is and how much noise it may cause but no details were provided other than from 8am to 5pm they would do their work. I raised concerns that I would not tolerate if there is early morning noise and their answer was just sorry! well we checked in and the entire building was under full scaffolding from top to bottom. We had almost no views of outside just jungle of scaffolding in front of us, the host did not know how to turn on AC in summer which meant we were feeling hot and the workers started unloading and banging on things as early as 6:15am, no sleep for us. We checked out the next day having to find somewhere else in middle of our trip. This host didn't handle this correctly, hiding the full details of the renovation which means the apartment is neither safe nor appropriate to be rented to people currently.

Appartamento in zona tranquilla e strategica: a metà strada tra la stazione e piazza Maggiore. Comodo per raggiungere l’Unipol Arena in quanto si trova lungo il percorso di ritorno della navetta, che viene arrivata in concomitanza di concerti e/o eventi. Appartamento che sembra ristrutturato da poco, pulito. Solo la doccia avrebbe bisogno di una passata di anticalcare. Materassi comodi, sia del letto che del divano letto. Appartamento un po’ spoglio e con poche ‘cortesie’: una cialda di caffè al giorno a testa e una bottiglietta d’acqua in frigo. La gestione da parte di un’agenzia rende il rapporto freddo e anonimo. Perfetto il check-in, la persona incaricata gentile e disponibile ma sparita dopo il check-in stesso: abbiamo provato a ricontattarla il giorno dopo e non abbiamo avuto risposta.

Great host, great location! But we suggest some improvements like: some towels for the kitchen, the machine for hot water was very rusty we couldn't make a hot tea, some shoes for inside, the soap in the shower was almost over when we arrived. Some more cleaning and attention to details because the apartament is very beautiful and the price is higher than the things you have in it. It is a wonderful area and location so it will be great if you can upgrade the apartment a little bit. Thanks for the stay! We really hope to come back soon!
