We would highly recommend this accomodation. It is quiet and yet not isolated. The quiet was due to the quality of the building. It had everything and we felt like we were in an upmarket hotel but with all of the extras and of course two bedrooms and bathrooms. People in the building were friendly. And we had a carpark, so it was perfect. The beds are so comfortable and we had excellent sleeps. The bathroom is very modern. There is also a pastry cafe downstairs as well as all of the restaurants in Wynyard Quarter, The Viaduct and the City. We also highly recommend Homeland cafe/restaurant, which is only just up the road. I would certainly stay here again and have recommended it to family and friends. I would also book through The Urban Butler for any of their accomodation as I feel very confident in their service.

We loved this place! However, we found the sofa, rooms and bed a little small so if you are over 6’2 (I am 5’7 and my boyfriend is 6’2) maybe think twice before booking it! Overall we would highly recommend it though. Nice location, fully equipped kitchen, lovely decor, and basically has everything you need for a nice stay in Auckland.
