Enjoy the peace and quiet this beautiful riverfront property offers with its own private dock! Five acres located on a beautiful section of the historic Suwannee River with 45 min to the Gulf by boat. The main house has 6 bedrooms & 4& 1/2 baths on 3 floors. There is an outlying small cabin with 1 queen bed and a sleeper sofa and 1 bathroom and a kitchenette. Two full hook-up campsites are also available. All facilities have river views. There’s plenty of relaxing space on this roomy property, whether on the screened in front porch watching the boats, or dropping a line off the dock, or sitting around a large campfire circle. There’s a rec room w/ 1/2 bath on the lower floor with ping pong and foosball and table games, complete with spiral staircase going up to the main floor. The lower floor has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bathroom, also another living area and kitchen (unstocked) There’s a comfortable living / dining area and fully stocked kitchen and laundry on the main floor. There are 3 small bedrooms on the main floor, also 2 bathrooms. All beds have good comfortable mattresses and good linens. The 3rd floor has a roomy bedroom with a queen bed and single with pull-out trundle. There are 2 comfy bedroom chairs. This room has plenty of room for a pack n play or additional floor bed. There is a roomy bathroom on the 3rd floor as well. The back ground entrance features a handy luggage elevator to tote everything up to the main floor. Can double as a wheelchair lift for the disabled in your party. The convenient private dock lets you dock and be ready to head out in the early morning for that fishing trip on the gulf. A boat ramp is available with a mile and a half.

We love the River Oaks Lodge! This was our 2nd visit. It's a great place for the family to gather so that we can all visit my 85 year old father together. Everyone loves fishing off the dock, and the ample space to hang out and keep everyone occupied. We are hoping to make this a yearly spot for our gatherings. Justin is a wonderful host, and is extremely responsive. Can't wait to go back!!!

The property was awesome! The layout of the house was perfect and it was really nice to have 2 kitchens actually 3 if you count the cabin. It rained one of the days so, the game room downstairs came in handy. Only a few miles to the grocery store, restaurants, gas, state park and other outdoor activities.Great place for a family gathering!!

We loved the place! There were four families and it accommodated us perfectly. The fire pit was amazing!

My family had a great vacation here and so far our favorite place we have been to. Justin was responsive and quick to help. We loved the sturdy new dock with a boat ramp at the end of the road. Beautiful views plenty of space to park plenty bathrooms and bedrooms to accommodate for my large family. Loved how organized the kitchen is with labeling on cabinets and drawers and even light switches. Had board games and toys for the kids. We all had a great time at Justin’s place even without WiFi and television although we had such a great time without those things I would still recommend at least having WiFi maybe 1 tv in the living room for family movie nights.

What a fabulous location...this house is literally on the Suwannee River with a very nice dock just a few yards from the back porch! The home is very roomy, with lots of separated spaces to accommodate different family groups. We had everything we needed and the kitchen was well-equipped. We loved the coffee station! There is no Wifi and no televisions, but mediocre cell service...we didn't know that beforehand but it was quite nice and a welcome break to be "off the grid" for a few days without electronic distractions. The weather was lousy and we didn't get to use it, but the screened in porch was amazing and I know had it not been constantly raining we would've spent a lot of time out there. Great place for a retreat or family get-together!
