Excellent location to visit New York. The ferry station is just 10 min by a walk. A walkable neighborhood, with a lot of restaurants/ bars. Landlord is very responsive. We had an issue with the lockbox and she drove to the place late at night to solve the problem.

The apartment is spacious and has a well- equipped kitchen. Location is great with an access to many restaurants, cafe, food market, shops, and transportation to NYC. It was fairly clean, but there was human hair in the bathroom and very strong persistent smell of the cleaning products or laundry detergent throughout apartment. The dishwasher, washer and dryer are out of order, - not convenient if you are staying long-term. There was only 1 set of towels available. TV is without access to any apps. The bedroom is facing the main street and is noisy till 2 am. Guests are expected to wash dishes and put them away as well as remove bed sheets despite being charged cleaning fee.

I stayed to be close to Manhattan but not wanting to worry about that level of busy. It worked perfectly; I had easy and quick access to the city. Hoboken is really cute and the space was perfect. Definitely much bigger than nyc spaces! Very clean, easy to get into, convenient.
