The place was really nice, everyone really loved it. Meghan and her husband were very kind, and helpful. Only thing I didn’t really like was because I was a night event everything such as music and my friends had to leave by 11pm and then everything would have to be cleaned by 12. And the last thing was that there’s an extra charge for lights and speakers, etc. But overall my friends and I had an amazing time. Thank you Meghan for letting me have my birthday celebration at your lovely property.

First off, it says it can host events with up to 100 people. My event was 48 people and it was SMALL, with many people complaining about lack of space and seating area. On that note, there is absolutely no parking within reasonable distance for that amount of people. Yes, there is some street parking, but if it’s a Friday or Saturday night, good luck getting a spot. The main area itself is fine, but there are no windows, and it can be quite depressing for that reason. The stairs to the front door are slippery and did not feel safe (uneven). These could easily be rebuilt properly for the type of building it is and the purpose of hosting events. We stayed overnight before our day event and the place was not clean. The bedsheets smelt old (not recently washed) and there was a ton of hair and pet fur in the bed. The owner stayed in the bedroom during our day event, which is quite misleading. He also showed up during the evening as he was downstairs during the night rental.

We had a wonderful time celebrating our daughter’s first birthday party! The only downfall was that we had to take our shoes off when inside which we didn’t know before hand. Just make sure you and your guests bring some inside shoes or slippers otherwise, this was a very clean and fantastic venue!

Their place is a total gem. I was surprised to find it, and the host was accommodating to my last minute booking request. We hosted an engagement party here, and it was exactly what we needed. The place is very conducive to socializing, karaoke, music instruments And so much more. You could move things around if you really wanted a little space for people to dance. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a small midsized get together.
