Great place to stay! Family friendly….pool and spa directly outside living room, and from master bath, 10 minutes from any restaurant, store etc. perfect Place for a relaxing getaway….the yard is perfect, so many things in the shed to use! We will be renting again!

Nice place in a quiet neighborhood. Backyard was nice and so was the spa (Extra $75 per day to use!). It was odd to have to text Gemhaus to turn on the heat for the spa, but the reason is that the pool is being heated or the spa, not both at the same time (single heater system). Most things were perfect, but the guest shower was not usable due to a mechanical issue that Gemhaus said they would fix. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay there again.
