The neighbourhood is well known for its great selection of local restaurants, cafes, bars and great bakeries. Only a few blocks away from 4th Ave which is famous for its excellent shopping where there are local supermarkets close by with plenty of variation, including Whole Foods. We have 3 Turo rental vehicles: an all-wheel-drive Tesla, a 2018 Chevy Bolt Electric, and a 2015 Ford Focus. Free parking in Kits-point comes with all bookings, and bookings over 2 weeks include free pick-up and drop-off. This is an entire upper floor in a triplex home with over 1000 sq and 2 decent size decks. The interior of our home is tastefully designed. The rooms are luxuriously furnished with antiques and modern pieces, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere. The kitchen opens up to a deck with a view of the mountains, where you can sit outside in the summer. The bedrooms are spacious and beautifully with a queen sized beds in both rooms. The living room has a pull out couch and also access to the outside via a balcony. We've set up this home to be charming, comfortable, convenient, with delighting details through-out the place, and we're in a perfect spot for visitors to Vancouver. While the beaches are just one minute walk, we’re also close to the bus lines, close to downtown. We offer our guests the added convenience of four free parking spaces at the back of the house, which is a rarity in this area where parking can be difficult to find. These parking spaces are available for our guests to use when they are not occupied, making it even easier to explore the nearby attractions or to simply enjoy a relaxing stay at our beautiful home. We welcome furry friends at our home, but please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements for any necessary extra cleaning.
