Private bedroom for 1 or 2 people, well lit with separate entrance and private bathroom. Parking available. Located only 15 minutes by car from the Airport "AIFA". Only 3 blocks from the Ojo de Agua local market where you can find delicious food such as Tacos, Enchiladas, "Barbacoa de Hidalgo", and much more! Also, it's located 30 minutes away by car from the Teotihuacán Pyramids. The studio is located on the back and ground floor of the property with a separate entrance, it has a double bed with bedding, a table & 2 chairs, TV with Roku so you can watch Netflix, YouTube, etc.., WiFi, private WC and shower with hot water, shampoo + soap, minibar and coffee maker. The studio has a large window through which a lot of light enters but also has thick blinds for better rest and privacy. There is a nice garden that is shared with other guests. Parking available under request and it's suitable for a small or medium size car.

Located in the residential area of Ojo de Agua, City of Tecámac, 3 blocks from the department you will find the local market and 4 blocks away is the main avenue through which public transport passes. It is a very quiet and safe area.
It is located 30 minutes from the Pyramids of Teotihuacán, 15 minutes from the new Airport (AIFA), 60 minutes from the Historic Center of Mexico City (depending on the traffic) and 60 minutes from the beautiful state of Hidalgo.
In Ojo de Agua, taxis are not very common (or reliable) so if you don't have a vehicle, it is best to use Uber or Didi. If you prefer to use public transport, 3 blocks from the house is the Boulevard, which is the main avenue of the neighborhood and there are vans that take you to the Mexibus station. Also, you can take a bus that takes you to Indios Verdes (Metro or Metrobus stations) in Mexico City. To go to the center of Tecámac, you can take a van on Galeana street, which is 2 blocks from the house.
