When I went to reach out to extra holidays, who was technically my house they told me to talk to the resort. The resort told me to talk to them. Felt like no one was communicating and the room was “dont touch anything” dirty.

Perfect for what we needed! Great central location . Enjoyed the outrigger pool & hot tubs. Buildings are getting older and in need of renovations but definitely worth the price!

Patio has no view except trees. Fridge door doesn’t stay closed. Furniture is very dated. Lots of noise from grounds crew and motorized bike track nearby. Very nice pools in next door resort (available) Beautiful beach nearby. I would want a patio with a view next time.

The condo was clean, and the bed and linens were comfortable. The unit we stayed in was updated compared to the pictures shown, with newer furniture, updated kitchen and bathroom, etc. The kitchen has basic necessities and could use more, but you’ll have the basics (frying pan, pot, silverware). The dishwasher and washing machine were nice to have and enough soap/detergent was provided to do 2-3 loads. The grounds were well cared for and felt safe. We went to Outrigger’s pool, but we actually preferred the smaller one near our condo as it was warmer and quieter. The staff were very friendly and helpful! We would return!

We stayed at Kaua’i Beach Villas a few years ago and loved the centralized location between the north and south areas on the island. We had a nice suite with a decent view. We decided to stay a second time but found the suite we had this time to be in need of maintenance and very dated. The view faced the parking lot. We weren’t shown the photos of the actual suite. We were checking in after 11 pm and there was no information other than to contact the front desk ahead of time. The number provided didn’t go through. It took many attempts at communicating with the owner to finally get instructions on how to do a late check in. We would stay at the Kaua’i Beach Villas in the future but will go through a different agent next time.
