Spring ‘24: 2+ day stay at Jake’s studio apt. Perfect for my purposes: single occupant attending a conference at Spokane Convention Center, centrally located in Downtown. Took Amtrak to and from Spokane. Train Station is 3 blocks from the apt. Could walk to venue and numerous other locations (restaurants, etc.). Place was clean with everything necessary provided including stackable washer/dryer. Jake was attentive as needed and quick to respond. Good to work with. Easy check in. Accommodated my late check in and early check out due to train schedule. Would stay again. Only thing lacking was: no closet space. I adapted.
Jake was great ! Check in instructions were straight forward . Location was in the perfect place for my show and it was a very quite comfortable space to be in . Would definitely book this place again in the future

All and all everything was great! His communication was awesome and the apartment was safe. Definitely a space for just 2 people and the price is fitting.

Hi I’m Jake, I began co-hosting Airbnbs while I was in college as a side-hustle. What started with humble beginnings led to becoming my full-time gig! I convinced my lovely partner, Sydney, to help me with the housekeeping and putting together furniture for the spaces I was hosting. It was during this time we discovered our creative outlet and love for interior design. We’ve since partnered up to start designing/renovating larger scale properties. These are destination-based vacation rentals we call Roav Retreats. By providing our guests with the most convenient, and relaxing space possible, we hope they can focus on what really matters when traveling to a new place; diving into the local culture, exploring the area, and creating those novel experiences which last a lifetime.
