This property is beautifully maintained and the rooms are comfortable. We have stayed at these condos before, but in a privately owned unit. We love the place, the use of the resort pools nearby, the location - in the "middle" of the island in the sense that you have easy access to the north or south areas (although there are some afternoon traffic issues. Just take your time. You're not in a hurry! You're on vacation!), and the Shutters Lounge on the adjacent property that has decent food and drinks and live music every night. There are not any beach supplies, such as chairs, snorkel equipment, etc that we have had access to in other Airbnbs. But other than that, no complaints at all!

We loved the condo and the central location. The home was clean and the grounds were well kept. We loved the pools and the beach. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Comfortable, easy to find, relaxing feel, 2 restaurants available. All in all a lovely spot to be on the Island of Kauai. All staff amazingly accommodating and friendly.
