Fantastic house at a great location, close to the city center and public transport. Very spacious and cosy with a lovely garden. We stayed for a week with a family of four. Katinka is very friendly and helpful and brought us a high chair upon request. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und gemütlich. Dazu tragen die vielen Sitzecken bei (Wohnzimmer, TV-Zimmer, Dachterrasse, Innenhof). Die Einrichtung von Bad, Wohnzimmer und Küche ist hochwertig und umfangreich. Auch die beiden Schlafzimmer waren für unseren Besuch mit einer Familie ideal - so schließt beispielsweise an das "Elternschlafzimmer" ein umfangreiches Bad an. Die Lage der Wohnung liegt tatsächlich an den Bahnschienen, wobei unsere Kinder Zugfans sind und sich sehr über die Züge gefreut haben ;-). Die Kommunikation mit Katinka war einfach, klar und freundlich - zum Beispiel hat uns Katinka direkt vor dem Haus eine Parkberechtigung organisiert. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Maastricht.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in den sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus mit seinen beiden modernen Badezimmern. Für uns war die Lage perfekt, wir konnten fast ganz auf das Auto verzichten und meistens zu Fuß unterwegs sein. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt im kommenden Jahr.

A stunningly beautiful home with all the amenities. Big, airy rooms in season, the back garden would be an extension of the indoors. The house backs up to train tracks, but bedrooms are in the front. The trains were not all that audible. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had an AMAZING stay here. The host was super responsive and very helpful with suggestions for me and my family. The house is much bigger than I had expected and in beautiful condition. The location is great for getting into the city center or for access to the train station. I thought the proximity to the train tracks would be an issue but you barely hear the train pass during the day and at night it just blends into the city noise. We didn’t lose a wink of sleep. I’d recommend this place to anybody wanting to explore beautiful Maastricht.
