Enjoy modern décor and craftsman finishes throughout, comfortable beds, off street parking in the driveway and attached garage, and a beautiful outdoor space with a hot tub, grill, and wood burning firepit and chairs set underneath patio string lights. The yard is fully fenced for privacy and so you can comfortably let your little ones play. The house has been furnished with you in mind so you will have everything you need while you are here. Our hope is for you to have the most enjoyable and relaxing stay possible. Entrance The main entrance to the home is the front door. It is equipped with a Yale keypad lock for access. There is a bench and boot tray across from the front door as you enter the home. GARAGE: You are welcome to park one vehicle in the garage if you wish. There is an additional parking spot in the driveway, and street parking is free, nearby and plentiful. Please enter the home through the front door, and use the button on the wall inside the garage to open and close the rollup door. The garage clearance is 7 feet (84 inches) high x 8 feet 6 inches (102 inches) wide. There is about 19 feet (228 inches) of depth for your vehicle. RING ALARM SYSTEM: Buena Vista is a very quiet and safe town, but there is a Ring Alarm System installed for extra peace of mind if you would like to use it. Kitchen & Dining The kitchen is to your left as you enter the home and it is stocked for making some delicious meals (or just coffee!) during your stay. The cabinets and drawers are labeled to help you easily find what you are looking for. There is a stepstool next to the fridge to assist with reaching the upper cabinets. The dining area is off the kitchen and features a large wooden dining table with seating for six. COFFEE AND TEA: There is a standard drip coffee maker on the counter, and there is a kettle on the stovetop. We provide coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, and sugar-free sweetener. COMPLIMENTARY: In addition to the coffee supplies and fixings, we provide a few light snacks in one of the cabinets. We leave some bottled water and even a few Colorado beers in the fridge for you to enjoy (if you are 21+ of course), and there is salt and pepper. APPLIANCES: The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator and freezer, electric range and oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. There is a toaster, blender, mixer, and mini waffle-maker. COOKING: There are pots, pans, bakeware, baking sheets, mixing bowls, a strainer, grater, citrus juicer, knives, cutting boards, measuring cups, measuring spoons, oven mitts, and some kitchen towels. There are plenty of utensils such as a mixing spoon, slotted spoon, spatula, turner, whisk, baster, tongs, peeler, masher, can opener, bottle opener, and a wine opener. DINING: There are plates, bowls, silverware, coffee mugs, water glasses, wine glasses, and rocks glasses. There are also plastic plates and water glasses. CHILDREN: There are children’s plates, bowls, cups, and silverware for those travelling with little ones. CLEANING: Under the kitchen sink you will find cleaning supplies such as dishwasher pods, dish drying mat, and extra trash bags. A vacuum, broom and dustpan, and mop and bucket can be found in the water heater closet in the hallway. Living Room The living area features a comfy leather sofa with chaise lounge, nesting glass coffee tables with coasters, and a corner lamp with foot switch. There is a comfy chair near the front door and a side table with lamp, an Amazon Echo Dot smart speaker for playing music or asking questions about the local area, an essential oil diffuser, and we leave some essential oils for you to try. Next to the chair is a multi-plug device with several power outlets and USB ports for charging your devices, and a light sensing night-light feature. There is a 50-inch Roku TV so you can log into your accounts on streaming apps like Hulu and Netflix. DESK NOOK: Need a comfortable space to get some work done? The cozy nook to the right of the living room TV has a custom made built-in desk, comfortable chair, and an overhead pendant light. Bedrooms There are three bedrooms in the home. They are outfitted with brand new queen beds with comfortable memory foam mattresses, high quality bedding, plenty of pillows, and fresh linens for your comfort. Each bedroom has a 32-inch Roku TV, and each bedroom closet is equipped with a luggage rack, plenty of hangers for your clothes, a hanging shelf, a wire shelf, and a stand-up fan. FRONT BEDROOM: The first bedroom on the right in the hallway has a bedside table with lamp, some coasters, and a charging station with multi-device charging cable. BACK BEDROOM: The second bedroom on the right at the end of the hallway has two bedside tables, one with a lamp, and the other with a charging station and multi-device charging cable. There is a comfortable, oversized sitting chair and side table with a tabletop mirror and some coasters. MASTER SUITE: The master suite on the left at the end of the hallway has a bedside table with a charging station and multi-device charging cable. There is a record table with a vintage-style record player with Bluetooth speaker and a lamp. There are some records inside the record table for you to enjoy, and there is a round vanity mirror over the record table. The back patio can be accessed from the master suite, but it can also be accessed through the garage. On the back patio, you will find the hot tub, wood-burning firepit with chairs, and the grill. The master has an ensuite half bath with a sink and a toilet. Inside the vanity you will find a hair dryer, cotton swabs, cotton balls, makeup wipes, and washcloths. There is a fresh hand towel on the ring, and there is a toilet brush, plunger, small trash can, and a few extra rolls of toilet paper. Bathrooms There are two bathrooms in the home. There is a full bath in the hallway just past the laundry nook and an ensuite half bath in the master bedroom. We provide fresh towels, washcloths, and hand towels, during your stay. We also provide spa quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion, makeup wipes, cotton swabs, cotton balls, a hair dryer, and a few extra rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. HALLWAY BATH: The hall bath has a full-size tub with shower, sink vanity, toilet. Inside the vanity you will find a hair dryer, cotton swabs, cotton balls, washcloths, first aid kit and makeup wipes. There is a fresh hand towel on the ring as well as fresh bath towels and wash cloths on the bar. There is a toilet brush, plunger, small trash can, and a few extra rolls of toilet paper. MASTER BATH: The ensuite bathroom in the master is a half bath with a sink and a toilet. Inside the vanity you will find a hair dryer, cotton swabs, cotton balls, washcloths, and makeup wipes. There is a fresh hand towel on the ring, and there is a toilet brush, plunger, small trash can, and a few extra rolls of toilet paper. LAUNDRY NOOK: There is a laundry nook in the hallway with a washer and dryer, and we leave a few complimentary laundry pods for you to use. There is an iron on the shelf, and an ironing board in the water heater closet next to the laundry nook. The Ring Alarm Base Station is on the shelf in the laundry nook as well. necessary. WATER HEATER CLOSET: The water heater closet is to the left of the laundry nook. In it you will find the vacuum, broom and dustpan, mop and bucket, and the ironing board for the iron. There is also a cordless vacuum and charger in this closet. HALL CLOSET: The closet at the end of the hall has a hamper, a collapsible clothes drying rack, and striped cabana towels for the hot tub. Children We have many children’s items and amenities for your little ones. There are children’s plates, bowls, cups, and silverware in the kitchen, and there are outlet covers in one of the kitchen drawers. The closet at the end of the hallway has a Graco pack ‘n’ play with bassinet and toy bar, a linen bag with clean fitted sheet and baby blanket, a baby gate, portable booster seat, folding baby bath chair, changing pad, and a baby monitor set. There are several board games, card games, a wooden doll house, and a bin full of children’s toys. The linens for the pack ‘n’ play are in the linen bag. Simply cut the zip tie with scissors from the kitchen and leave the used linens outside of the linen bag when you depart. Outdoors The back patio is out the slider from the master bedroom, and you can also get there via the back door in the garage. Please enjoy a luxurious soak in the hot tub to relax after your adventures. Striped cabana towels are located in the hall closet. There is a wood burning firepit with chairs, a propane grill with grill tools, a built-in rock bench in the corner, and patio string lights for ambiance. Please note that this is a smoke free property, although the quiet neighborhood is a great place to go on a walk. PET FRIENDLY: This is a pet-friendly listing for pets who qualify. Please message us before booking to see if your pets qualify. Damage from pets will result in loss of deposit. There is an additional flat fee for bringing a pet to cover the cleaner's time. The cost of the pet clean is collected via Airbnb. If your stay is longer than five days, we collect an additional fee depending on length of your stay once your reservation is confirmed.
