首先要感谢房东的地方，免费接送我到镇上和她家，她帮我定了去芽庄的票，她下午四点半才能送我到车站， 说说需要吐槽的地方，1、预订房子之后她首先发的是她丈夫可以有偿接送，因为她丈夫是司机，这我能理解，因为你搭其他车可能会被骗，但是并没有说其他希望我注意安全之类的tips。也没有主动说她家的地址。2入住的前一晚她又说了一次她丈夫可以有偿接送岘港-会安，而我问她那会安-芽庄怎么搭bus，bus的价格是多少，没有回答。3.到她家之后还没有入住，我只能在客厅等待她打扫好房间卫生，还没有办理入住，首先她立即告诉我芽庄多少钱，然后我砍了价，最后我乘车的车票是我砍价后的价格，不然她就赚了200.000vnd，房东认为我要付费送我到车站，最后我要求免费送我去车站搭车，再告诉我租自行车1美元，摩托车2美元，因为她四点半才能送我到车站，要是我要在房间住到三点的话需要多付80.000vnd，就是说从开始到接触都是说钱，这让我很不舒服，虽然这需要说清楚4，谷歌地图显示她家到古镇的距离2.8km，步行30-40分钟，来回就要步行1.5h的路程，也就是说她家在村子里，本来会安就不发达，还在村子里，说明真的很偏，会安晚上是最美的，而我是独自旅行的，晚上出门很不安全，我认为房东家离古镇是比较远的。5.晚上十点钟洗澡，发现没有洗漱用品，有一个估计是洗手液，看不懂，还是空瓶的，但是我自己带了洗漱用品就没有和房东沟通。6.早上十点，我先后和房东说我需要毛巾和吹风机，和开水，需要晾衣服，房东告诉我晾衣服的地方，马上告诉我衣架要归位，房间电源要关掉，但是我需要吹风机这些请求就不回答了，因为我的头发是湿的，她这种态度让我很不舒服，就好比我问了一些问题，然后她就反过来立即要求我要做这件事，她说她有工作了我能理解，但是她向我有空要求我这样做，难道没有空回答我其他问题吗，我立即表示很生气，我立即告诉她我可以按时退房，但是能正面回答我的问题吗，然后她就允许我免费住到三点，后来我三点钟就退房到一楼大厅坐着了，一个小时之后他丈夫回来帮我解决了开水、毛巾和吹风机的问题，但是我头发早就干了，早就不需要了谢谢。6，她家得自己用厨具烧开水，而我当时只看到一个没洗平底锅，我认为是装不了水的，我不知道该用什么烧水，她没有告诉我，7、我住进来只有一张床，一卷纸巾，和一个空瓶，估计是洗手液，房东认为房租11美元很便宜了，而我前几天碰到的朋友住的离古镇很近，还可以免费骑自行车，还提供早餐，我认为按照她家这么偏僻的村子免费骑自行车很合理，即使是摩托车，这么偏僻的地方不知道去哪里吃饭，包括个早餐我认为也是OK的，我认为房东没必要有优越感，认为她提供的东西都很便宜了，是我赚到了，但在我看来很垃圾，什么都没有，我住的民宿没试过这种待遇，什么都是自己提要求才会提供，8、洗澡热水得在一楼打开电源才能用，而我住在二楼，晚上十点钟下去打开电源，一楼的灯不知道怎么开，只能打开手机电筒去开，洗完澡还得下去关电源，这不是自己家，房东一家都睡觉了，我认为夜里这样走来走去，黑灯瞎火的，让人觉得很害怕。9，总而言之，至少在我看来，就是房东太会赚钱了。但是也没有提供应有的服务。10，房东要押我的护照一个晚上，讲真我还没有试过出去住要押护照或者身份证的，11、房东说古镇要收门票，事实上并不需要，12、就住一个晚上就搞得我这么生气，对于这个民宿，给零分都算仁慈了。 First of all, I would like to thank the landlord for picking me up to the town and her home for free. Because she will send me to the station at half past four，If I live at three pm，I need to pay 80.000vnd more, which means that from the beginning to the contact are money, which makes me very uncomfortable. Although this needs to be clear, Google map shows her distance to the ancient town is 2.8km, walk 30 - 40 minutes, walk 1.5 hours back and forth, that is to say her home in the village, originally Hoi An is underdeveloped, still in the village, shows that it is really biased, Hoi An night is the most beautiful, and I am Traveling alone, it is not safe to go out at night. Lanh and her family are an absolute delight. I not only had the pleasure of sharing a meal with her family, including her adorable parents, but I was fed fruit numerous times and cared for during my week stay. The entire upstairs area was mine, so I enjoyed privacy but also got to hang out with her boys. Lanh provided so much info and tips, as well as access to a bicycle, which made it very easy to visit Old Town and the beach. It was a wonderful experience to stay in her home. Thank you, Lanh!

Malgré mon passage furtif (je ne suis resté qu'une nuit) je peux attester de la qualité de ce logement ! Le homestay est placé un peu à l'écart de la vieille ville, proche de l'eau, dans une maison très charmante ! Lanh parle très bien anglais ce qui facilite l'échange mais son mari et ses enfants sont adorables et très accueillants :) La chambre était à l'étage, avec un petit balcon à disposition juste à côté et une salle de bain privative : vous avez vraiment l'étage pour vous ! De plus c'était extrêmement propre et j'ai été accueilli avec de l'eau et des fruits :) Je ne peux que vous conseiller cet endroit pour votre passage à Hoi An si vous cherchez la tranquillité.
