One of the nicest hosts out there! Let us use his fire pit, offered us his fishing poles if we wanted to fish his pond, even went and collected some firewood from the forest for us to use on top of what we had bought. We were able to use his grill and he even offered us some drinks if we needed more. There isn’t a better place to call a home away from home! Highly recommend Clay and all of his properties!

Beautiful and private studio, had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us. It was away from the city enough to feel like we’re in the middle of nowhere; but, close enough to be able to everything like stores and restaurants. Just be aware that the walls are thin, so you can hear everything i.e. footsteps, tv, dog barking.

Beautiful property. Peaceful location. Very comfortable accommodations. The bathroom/tub was luxurious and the bed was so comfortable. It was exactly as pictured and some aspects were even better in person. We saw deer and wild turkeys on the property which was an exciting surprise. The host was very friendly and responded quickly with any questions we had. We also had a last minute travel issue and they they quickly changed the dates for us and we were so grateful! We will stay again if ever in this area. I highly recommend this property.

this was an amazing location and stay... 40 acres to roam around. A beautiful pond outside of your backdoor, animals, and nature. It's about 35-45 mins from Nashville/downtown. Yet you still have lots to do around where you'll be staying. it's a cozy spot and a wonderful ☺️ I will definitely look into this place when I come to the area again!!
