The policies at the flat are a major inconvenience. Had to call security everytime we needed to access the lift for authentication and the listed apartment is on the 16th floor. So walking is not an option. The host and the staff who handled the check-in process were unfriendly and impolite. Overall lacked the hospitality that was expected. The place was also lacking amenities like the wifi that was mentioned in the listing. Wouldn't recommend.

It was. a great place, close to the airport. I had a pleasant stay at the place. It is a gated community so the security was very friendly, and did not have any problem with any help. The facility was great. Rooms have AC and other facilities as listed. The kitchen was small but OK to cook the breakfast. Over all experience was very good.

The host responded promptly when we needed fresh linens and cleaning. The view was something else. About 15 kms from the airport, it’s best if you have your own vehicle (Uber works also). There’s a network issue, wifi did not work during our stay.

Great Service and Great Room to stay. If you're looking to stay near Nedumbassery airport, it's a better choice. Good Hospitality and Great management. Kudos to the Host.
