Vacation or business trip, this is the ideal cottage to relax, unwind in a peaceful & stylish surrounding. This unit provides all the necessary needs and environment to feel close to home, away from home! This cottage can accommodate 2 guests and comprises a bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bedroom and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath, toilet and washbasin. Linen and bath towels are provided. The open-plan living area features a lounge and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate stove and mini oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, tea- and coffee-making facilities and cutlery and crockery. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with 2 stools. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. Bonus! Inverter! During loadshedding, TV, LIGHTS & WI-FI AVAILABLE! Guests have access to a free-standing braai in the backyard.

Yolandi is an awesome host! She is so friendly, responsive and supportive. From day one the entire process was smooth, organized and joyful :) My partner and I stayed there for a month and really enjoyed the peaceful area, relief from load shedding and space - we both work from home and were able to comfortably share the space. The place is so comfortable (especially the bed!!), we had everything we needed and really appreciated the small touches that made us feel welcome and at home. I would highly recommend :)

Being on the outskirts of the city and at the gateway of the Cape Winelands means that Stellenbosch, Paarl and Durbanville's wine farms are in easy access.
The Bottelary Hills mountain bike trails are a great attraction in this area too. Outdoor enthusiasts are mere minutes away from one of the Western Cape’s favourite natural playgrounds!
Brackenfell is a well-known northern suburb of Cape Town. It is situated in close proximity to Cape Town, as well as the beautiful winelands of both Durbanville and Stellenbosch. The suburb offers schools, shopping centres, expert medical services and sporting facilities.
Restaurants
Although this area may be a quiet, residential suburb, everyone who visits will be amazed with the variety of popular restaurants that draw both local residents and visitors from all over. You will find anything from traditional South African cuisine to traditional Greek dining experiences. When visiting this community, your taste buds are definitely in for a treat.
Wine Tasting
Situated on the outskirts of the Stellenbosch Wine Route, and also close to the Durbanville Wine Route, this central suburb is the ideal location for exploring some of the wineries in the Western Cape, including those on Bottelary Road – the most popular route to Stellenbosch from this town.
Shopping
The first Pick n Pay Hypermarket in Cape Town opened its doors in this suburb. After this, the area was known as a shopper’s dream. Driving down the main road, you will find numerous shopping outlets on both sides. There are also some factory shops hidden away in the industrial area – for bargain shopping. In close proximity to Tyger Valley Centre, residents are spoilt for choice with all the shopping options in the area.
