Stayed the whole month of April, 2024. Such a quiet, peaceful and private place to stay! Alicia was so friendly and helpful, flexible check-out and communication was easy. Loved the privacy her apartment offered - hardly ever saw her or her family but when we did, they were always very welcoming and friendly. Her kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for day-to-day cooking and cleaning, including a small coffee machine and complimentary pods; lots of maps and trail guides for area hikes, biking, and nature walks. Simply beautiful all around the Grand Valley! Came to get away from the altitude and snow and this was the perfect place to do it. Farm country, fields of hay growing everywhere, with cows within view, which was exactly what I wanted! Internet/cell is spotty so if you're working remotely, you'll need to drive 10 minutes to a coffee shop or library in Fruita. Loved Alicia's place and will be back for sure! Even better than advertised! Great place for us to stay for nearby gravel rides. Our dog had a blast playing with the local pups and running into corn fields. Place was clean and private. The host was very quick to respond with any questions. Thanks!

I honestly can't say enough about Alicia & Michael's space! My partner and I stayed here with our older dog for a month, and they truly made us feel at home every step of the way. The apartment is even nicer in person, had all of the amenities that we could possibly need, and was a few minutes drive away from world renowned mountain biking trails! Our older dog loved spending time in the yard with the pack (and all of the excellent hikes we took him on that were just a short drive away). We honestly would have stayed forever! The place is perfect for those looking to get in some mountain biking or just some time in the city.
