i got so lucky in finding Demi's place! Her and her husband were so lovely and welcoming and helpful. My room was better than expected. Everything was very clean. I would absolutely stay again!

The host hid many things and didn’t explain the place properly in her listing. When I reached there she asked me weird and personal questions that I was very uncomfortable to answer. She put my mattress on the floor, and the window above it was broken to such an extent that the slider could fall out of the frame directly onto me. I left the place within half an hour, and let Airbnb know about the matter. They contacted the host, and when she contacted me the first time she blatantly told me she would not refund my money at any cost. She contacted me again two more times interrogating me about her TV that I know nothing about; provoking me and getting on my nerves. Yesterday, I received a message from her on Airbnb that I had damaged her TV, which is a complete lie, and she is claiming AUD 18,00 from that to avoid refunding my money. I am very thankful for leaving that place immediately, otherwise who knows what else would she have put on me?
