Love the location. The owner / manager was very quick and responsive with questions. Although there are businesses around, the street is quiet and peaceful. Private parking spot and a cute porch to enjoy the community of walkers and neighbors. I can’t imagine not enjoying your stay while there. Perfect for the low maintenance traveler with pets and children.

I stayed at Chris’s place for 2 months and it was great. Easy to get in, was clean and smelled great. Also , prefect location with walkable bars, restaurants and shops. Chris was very responsive and pleasant with all communications. Would definitely stay here again, short or long term.

This was a great place to stay!! I was in town for work for over a week & this was one of the best stays that I’ve had!! Everything I could possibly need was available. I was able to cook a few meals instead of eating out all the time, it had a washer & dryer, TV’s in every room & a very comfortable bed after a long day at work!! Chris was an excellent host as well. He was very helpful & responded fast to any questions I had. He also worked with me the day of my departure & allowed me a a couple hours extra so I could get a few hours sleep before getting on the road! I highly recommend booking here!! I will definitely book with Chris again!!

Had some trouble getting inside due to the lock batteries. Once getting inside we noticed the ac in the living room wasn’t working. It was 82 degrees inside the house. Christopher was quick to respond. Drove 45 minutes at 11 at night to let us inside and came back the next morning with an additional ac unit and fixed the one in the living room. The showers hot water and pressure was awesome! The mattress was the best mattress I’ve ever slept on!
