Jovanka was attentive and quick to respond to our inquiries. She was very accommodating and the home was exactly as the listing presents it. We were very satisfied with our stay, and would certainly use this rental again if we were to return to Dubrovnik!

Bel appartement, idéalement situé, à 10 minutes à pieds du centre. Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt sur Dubrovnik, et Peter nous a permis de nous garer (33€ par jour pour le parking) afin de pouvoir commencer notre visite de la ville avant de récupérer les clés de l’appartement. Il a également été de bons conseils. C’est juste dommage que nous ayons dû attendre Peter durant presque 1h pour nous garer, et encore 1h pour récupérer les clés. Mais Peter est débordé avec 51 appartements à gérer, et il est tellement sympathique, que nous ne lui en voulons pas. Par contre, prévoyez 2,70€/jour/personne de taxe de séjour apparemment non inclus dans le tarif. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour sur Dubrovnik, et l’appartement est très confortable.

We had a great time at this place in Dubrovnik despite some issues and confusion. The apartment is very big, and within walking distance of the old town. The view is wonderful and the little gardens surrounding the place are very nice and cozy. The bubble bath is a very nice touch although the hot water tank is too small to fill it, so it can't fully be used, and in general be ready to take cold showers. The apartment is really nice but can get very cold, which I guess might be great in a hot summer though. We had some confusion around the check in, with Peter insisting to meet in person to complete the check-in but then always changing the time at which he might or might not come to the apartment to meet us, which create a lot of stress during the first couple of days of our stay. It sorted itself out in the end though.

I've never met Jovanca; Peter is the individual I encountered. His poor, abysmal communication, rudeness, and deceptive practices made it the worst Airbnb experience ever. If you mistakenly book his place, watch out for unexpected cash fees he demands. Decline or refuse, and he'll fabricate evidence and file false complaints through Airbnb. It's a blatant scam.
