The house was lovely with great amenities - fully stocked kitchen, good towels and linens, a nice hot tub, great pickle ball court in a very convenient location. Unfortunately, it rained during our stay which rendered one of the king bedrooms useless for sleeping. The noise of the sump pump underneath the house could not be masked. Initial contact to Evolve went unresponded for almost a day. Luckily the local contact was very responsive and sent a plumber to address the issue. Not sure if a permanent fix was put in place but consider this property a 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and murphy bed sleeping accommodation during the rain.

The house is very cozy and feels like home the moment you walk in. The beds and linens were sooo comfortable that I am purchasing them for my own house! The owner was very responsive to our texts and went above and beyond when we told him about a leak from the fridge/freezer. He was more worried about our experience than the fridge/freezer! And he sent us ice at 10:30 pm to accommodate the lack of ice because of the leak. Very impressed with the hospitality and attention to ensure visitors have everything they need.

We had a wonderful stay here. It’s absolutely stunning in the autumn. Two really good wineries within walking distance. Easy access to the rest of Sonoma if you Uber (just schedule in 15 min wait times). The house itself is well done and the backyard is great! Pool, hot tub, dinner table patio and a nice pickleball court. Can accommodate three couples with beds and bathrooms—although one is a Murphy bed in the second living room, but that can be private if you’re fellow guests are respectful. I highly recommend this place for those looking for a peaceful stay in Sonoma.
