This suite is in a newly build house near outdoor opportunities. Kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. Free parking is available. The suite has steps to access the unit. Access to the unit is via key-pad. It is equipped with high-speed internet, TV, in-suite laundry, and a fully kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Unit is cool in the summer no need for AC. One family or two boarders as per city bylaws. Kitchen has all new stainless-steel appliances including an oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. As well, it includes all basic cooking utensils, pots, pans, condiments, spices, cutlery, drinking glasses, wine glasses, mugs, plates, bowls, toaster, coffee and tea station, and more! FIRST BEDROOM First bedroom features a queen sized bed with memory foam mattress, pillows, closet, night tables. SECONDARY BEDROOM Secondary bedroom features double sized bed with foam mattress, pillows, night stand and closet. BATHROOM Bathroom bathtub/shower system includes towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer. PARKING Free street parking is available in front of the house.

This is the best ever airbnb I have ever stayed in. Oana and Cris is best ever airbnb host I have ever met. Not to mention the very cozy furniture and setting inside the apartment, safe and spectacular nature views in the neighborhood. Oana and Cris are very thoughtful and caring who always put themselves in our shoes to offer valuable helps. From day 1 when we firstly arrived, It’s late mid-night, they rose to help us to carry our luggages, took us to grocery store on day 2, helped me settle my local cellphone card, help my son navigate his new school, send my son to school and pick him up everyday, leveraged their local network trying to help find home stay family for my son.Gave my son a lot of candies for Halloween celebrations. List goes on. Oana and Cris treats us like their family member or friends, they go extra miles to help us settling down in a new place. We are so lucky to meet them and grateful for all what they have been doing for us. Perfect host and place to choose.

Burke Mountain is located on the North East side of Coquitlam, and borders Port Coquitlam at Coast Meridian and Victoria. Burke Mountain consists of both detached homes and townhomes. There are a number of amenities, schools, bus routes, and community centers around . The neighborhood is just a short drive or direct bus ride to the new Evergreen Skytrain extension that takes you right in to surrounding cities and Metro Vancouver.

Our sparkling new house on Burke Mountain offers access to wonderful outdoor opportunities for walking trail, forest, biking or walking along the river. It is equipped with high-speed internet, TV, in-suite laundry, and a fully kitchen with new stainless steel appliances including an oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. As well, it includes all basic cooking utensils, pots, pans, condiments, spices, a rice cooker, cutlery, drinking glasses, wine glasses, mugs, plates, bowls, toaster, coffee and tea station, and more! First bedroom features a queen sized bed with foam mattress, down-filled pillows, closet, night tables. Secondary bedroom features double sized bed with foam mattress, down-filled pillows and closet. Bathroom bathtub/shower system includes towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer. Free street parking is available in front of the house. The suite is basement level and there are steps to access the suite itself but there are no steps inside the unit. Thank you!
