This home was everything as photographed and advertised. My family had a wonderful stay during the Christmas holiday. Everything was very clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed to prepare holiday meals. We just had to supply the groceries. It did take a bit to learn how to cook on the induction stovetop. It may be helpful to others to have some instruction available. However, we contacted the manager and got an immediate response with instructions via video. They were proactive contacting us to make sure everything was good upon check in and check out was easy. The home is within walking distance to Pearl Street and is a nice neighborhood to walk around in. We were very comfortable, enjoyed our stay and would stay again if the opportunity arises.

Juli and Michael were great hosts. Very responsive/communicative from pre-booking throughout our stay. We came to town for a family event and were thankful that we could stay in one house so comfortably. Their house is accurately portrayed and well appointed. And, it is perfectly situated close to Pearl Street and all of the areas that a visitor to Boulder would want to hit. I highly recommend this house (+hosts) and would certainly rent it again. We loved Mike and Juli’s place! It was gorgeous and so spacious, with more than enough room for our family (6 adults and 2 kids). The house was beautiful, thoughtfully laid out, and well-appointed. Our kids loved the huge (queen-sized) bunk beds and yoga room. The location was very convenient to Pearl Street - within walking distance even for our 3 and 5 year olds. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we come to Boulder!
