Absolutely beautiful home. Spotless, had everything we needed. Stayed with our family of 10 it was extremely comfortable for all of us. Pool was heated and clean. Outdoor area is perfect. Jake was very responsive. We went to use the grill and propane was low, he came right over and changed out new full tank . Would definitely stay here again.

The house is nice and clean. Having a private pool is nice. The kitchen had a lot of space. Close to the express way to go to any major attraction.

We had a wonderful stay for a family wedding. There were nine of us and the house had plenty of room. The house is beautiful. We especially loved the kitchen and pool area. The primary bedroom and bath were gorgeous and the rest of the rooms were very well appointed. Jake was a great host. He was very responsive when questions arose and was very helpful. My suggestion is that more seating is needed in the living area. With only room for 3 or 4 on the couch, half of us had to sit on the barstools behind them which wasn't ideal when socializing. Also, the exterior photo was somewhat deceiving because there is not as much room around the property as it appears.

Jake was a great host. We accidentally left some valuables at the house when checking out. Jake went back to the house, picked everything up and his wife drove to Orlando to bring them back. Never experienced service like this before. Highly recommend Jake as a host and the place was incredible.

Very clean. Had everything we needed. We had a couple issues with pool heater but Jake came almost immediately after we called. He put a new filter in then had no more issues with it. Temps were in the 60’s so the heater was definitely needed in the pool. Water temp was perfect!!
