Estrella and Mathias's apartment was perfect for an extended stay. Them and their three dogs were also equally lovely and treated me like family. The location is great, just off one of the main streets in La Punta and offers a nice view to the ocean from the third floor apt. Estrella and Mathias were both easy to contact and exceptionally helpful at all times (recommendations, flexible check-in and check-out, etc). I would stay with them again in a heartbeat!

Estrella and Mathias were amazing! Super helpful, local insights, great vibes, very accommodating. We checked in early, checked out late. They’re super friendly! The location is PERFECT, you’re enough away from La Punta and it’s super quiet, but close enough that it’s 10min max to the beach. The house is super private, extremely clean, well equipped, really spacious. Bed was super comfy, and the shower pressure is amazing! Not to mention hot and cold. The space has fans and it’s really nice cool all day and evening. Their 3 dogs are super cute and family, and we’re an amazing edition for us! Couldn’t recommend this enough and we already wish we were back there!

Magnifique appartement à la fois tranquille, loin du bruit des bars et restaurants tout en étant à 5-10 minutes à pieds de tout, incluant la plage. Très propre. Les hôtes ont été très accueillants, et très proactifs. J’ai manqué de propane et ce fut réglé en une heure. Excellentes recommandations locales pour la pêche et des restaurants. Communication rapide et efficace. Endroit sécuritaire au 3e étage qui a tout le nécessaire pour un parfait séjour à Puerto Escondido. Je recommande fortement !

We stayed at Matt and Estrella’s apartment for four nights and had a really good stay! The apartment is big, had everything we needed and has the best view on the ocean! Matt and Estrella were always there to help and give recommendations. The location is also really good, 5 minutes walk to the restaurants and beach. If possible we would recommand to arrive when it is still light, because the streets are not really marked so in the dark it could be a big hard to find the house for the first time. We would really recommand staying here!
