Our time at Casa Serena was an incredible experience. Check-in was easy...after we got lost. G Maps gives the wrong position as the property is actually on the main road. But Ginevra helped us find it and was excellent at welcoming us to the place. There was an incredible care package of local goodies such as wine and olive oil, even ingredients to make a home cooked meal! Pietro himself even brought us buffalo mozzarella from Napoli! They also made concessions for an allergy of mine, which made for a stress free stay! The apartment was clean, has a lovely balcony at the front which we made use of every morning. We particularly loved the pool which was clean and well maintained. The property is also well situated for visits to Panzano and Greve, and further to the likes of Arezzo and Siena. The restaurant at the end of the street is excellent. The local cafe is the perfect place for breakfast. We absolutely loved our time at Casa Serena and we hope to visit again in the future!
