I stayed in the AirBnb for 3 weeks and it was excellent! I got to meet super many people in the area! Every evening we played basketball and in the morning we had tea. The host is super attentive and helpful. The neighbourhood is really a place in the world that can quickly find a place in people's hearts! Thanks for the great time

We really enjoyed the stay in Istanbul, the host is very friendly, nice room with great terasse. The surrounding area is full with small, beautiful cafes where you can also have tipical turkish breakfast. I can definetly recommend that place.

Sergar is very responsive host and helps with issues that come up. Unfortunately the room itself could have been cleaner. In addition, there was a problem with the toilet - when flushing, water from the tank pours onto the floor. The shower holder was broken. The hole in the window frame is patched up. The trash bin was dirty. The view from the window leaves much to be desired. This is an old house, so expect great audibility from upstairs neighbors. All this is compensated by a great location and a rooftop terrace. You will live in the heart of the Balat area with its picturesque slums, good restaurants nearby, and just a couple of minutes from the ferry.
