This is one of the best Airbnb place we stayed. This family home welcomes you with high ceiling foyer, airy bright daylight, tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture throughout the rooms. We appreciated the host’s thoughtful amenities; sufficient toiletries, tea, coffee, even some toothbrushes, toothpaste and earplugs (nice). We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen. Although we didn’t need to use it, we appreciated the full size washer dryer and laundry room. The bedrooms are roomy, clean and comfortable. The office space is large enough for two people and great for professionals to get some work done. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in Bear, DE, with nice flat backyard for kids to play. It was a perfect place for us to get together with extended family who live in the area.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying here twice while we visited extended family for the holidays. The house had everything to ensure a safe and comfortable stay, including baby gear (crib, high chair, bath, and baby gates) for my 10 month old. There is lots of natural light which is great, but it can make the house quite warm and we were not able to control the temp directly (although Pamela was very responsive to temp change requests through app messaging). We would gladly stay here again!

Pamelas house was our third one in Wilmington area, and by far it was the best one ! Felt right at home when we stepped in her house. Would book it again if I ever come back to wilmington ! Highly recommended, thanks Pamela!
