We arrived at around 3:30 pm, a little later than the usual check-in time of 2:00 pm. When I checked the place, it seemed a little different than the one I booked so I had to recheck the photos to make sure it’s the right one. And if you guessed that it’s the same, no it wasn’t. We were given another cottage, which I know is cheaper than the one I originally booked. The helper said that there was an overlapping booking and we had to adjust because there’s a senior citizen coming in who needed the cottage. Long story short, we were forced to move into a different cottage. The overall experience was ok since we’re allowed to stay and check out late, but is it enough to compensate the experience we had? I would say no. It was a bit traumatic to be greeted with this incident and I hope the management can really work on this. Place is chill if you’re alone but take note that it’s also a public event’s place, so there will be other people. Kudos to kuya Egay, he’s a great helper. 🤙🏼

This place is very relaxing especially the view of the Taal Volcano. The resort is clean and the staff are accommodating. Highly recommended 👌🏻
